Casa Essenia is an ideal place for families, groups and all those who enjoy the small pleasures of life in a warm and welcoming environment, appreciative of the nature and everything else that surrounds us.
We like to socialise with our guests and give useful first-hand advice and information on local trekking and mountain bike trails in the Valle del Chiese and Valle di Ledro valleys, and the Adamello Brenta nature reserve. The local area offers many possibilities for exhilarating outdoor experiences, such as tandem paragliding flights, canyoning in the nearby Palvico river and kite surfing, but also places where you can do via ferrata and rock climbing assisted by professional and experienced Alpine guides. For families there are many day excursions of varying difficulty with visits to charming wood cabins in the surrounding mountains, bike rides on both cycle paths and dirt tracks, and the nearby mountain lakes in summer to cool off in.
